Story
Our Journey
The seeds of World Outreach Evangelism were planted in 2000 when our founder, Murama Rugumanya, served as a Christian leader at the National University of Rwanda. After relocating to the United States in 2002, Murama and his wife, Grace, continued their work with immigrant communities. In 2017, the ministry began taking shape in North Texas, focusing on refugees and immigrants from conflict-affected regions such as Congo, Syria, and Sudan.
By 2023, World Outreach Evangelism was formally registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and since then, we have expanded our reach, establishing home churches, mentoring programs, and community support initiatives. Through the grace of God, we have grown from a small effort into a thriving ministry that impacts lives across the United States and abroad.
