CEO - Murama Rugumanya
​Murama Rugumanya has been in Ministry since 2000, while at National University of Rwanda. Before migrating to USA to the Southern University of Maine. He shares his Christian faith. In 2017, he became full-time in ministry, focusing on refugees and immigrants in North Texas and beyond. In 2020, training began in Kentucky and Ohio, and in July 2023, World Out Reach Evangelism was registered as a 501(c)(3) ministry. Looking ahead, partnerships with North American churches and people of faith aim to serve refugees in local cities.
Eric Gakunzi
Eric Gakunzi is a Missioner immigrated to the United States from the Democratic Republican of the Congo. Eric has been serving refugees and immigrants in the great State of Missouri. He travels to many countries from Kenya to Pakistan sharing Christ with non-believers. He is very passionate about Christ and the Great Commission.


Mosala Kabiga
Mosala Kabiga is a dedicated church planter serving in the heart of East Congo, partnering with World Outreach Evangelism to advance a Disciple Making Movement (DMM) among unreached communities. With a deep passion for the gospel and a calling to serve marginalized populations, Mosala focuses his ministry on the Pygmy communities, bringing the hope of Christ to some of the most overlooked and vulnerable groups in the region. Through Discovery Bible Studies, leadership development, and community-based discipleship, he is equipping local believers to share the good news, start new house churches, and transform their villages from within. Mosala’s work continues to bear fruit as he empowers indigenous leaders, strengthens families, and expands the reach of Christ’s Kingdom in one of Africa’s most challenging mission fields.

Peter Munjogu
Peter Munjogu is a Higher Diploma Holder of IMIS (UK) at Strathmore University in Nairobi, Kenya East Africa. With more than 15 years in System Development, System Administration, Website development and Online Marketing, currently Self Employed. A Christian fellowshipping in Presbyterian Church where he has served in different committees but currently he is the Chairperson of the Church CSR committee which mostly deal with less disadvantaged people in the community.


Grace Murama
Grace Murama serves as an invaluable partner to her husband, Murama Rugumanya. Devoted and compassionate, she plays a pivotal role in their mission, embodying the ideals of love and service. Grace actively supports community Out Reach, nurtures relationships, and provides a nurturing presence. Her unwavering commitment contributes significantly to the success and impact of their shared mission work at World Out Reach Evangelism
Kelvin Hamilton
Kevin Hamilton is the Global Outreach Pastor at Harvester Christian Church in St. Charles, Missouri, where he leads the church's local and global outreach efforts. He has served on staff in outreach ministries for many years, helping connect people with mission and service opportunities that advance the gospel and serve communities.


Kymberly Allen
Introducing Kymberly Allen, an experienced leader in organizational leadership, human resources, and finance. Currently serving as the HR Generalist at The Kings University in Southlake, TX, Kymberly is dedicated to fostering positive Christ-centered cultures and building effective teams. With over 15 years of professional experience, she brings expertise in HR, finance, and streamlining systems and processes.
Kymberly is an active member of the Programming Committee with the CUPA-HR Lone Star Chapter, guiding board content for webinars and events. Beyond her professional commitments, she volunteers in the children’s ministry at her church, engages in local and global missions, and finds joy in worshiping with her fellow believers.
Enthusiastic about contributing to the non-profit sector, Kymberly's commitment to continuous learning, leadership development, and promoting a healthy organizational culture make her an invaluable asset to the board of World Outreach Evangelism. Her passion for positive Kingdom-minded impact aligns seamlessly with the mission and vision of the organization, reflecting her dedication to both spiritual and organizational growt

Hal O'Neal
Board member - Hal is a lowly sinner eternally saved by the free gift of Mercy, Grace and Faith imputed to him by the life, death and resurrection of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and as miraculously revealed to him by the Holy Spirit. Until being called home by his most holy, majestic and loving Father God and entering into glory, his task is to share Christ as a witness and to live worthy of His precious Gospel. Hal is married to his lovely wife Cynthia (for 36 yrs.) and has two grown children, Jaclyn and Jeremy, and one grandson (so far)....William (9 mos.). Hal is a CPA in Fort Worth, TX and manages his small public accounting firm. He has been blessed to know Murama for a number of years, and considers it a joy and pleasure to serve with him and this Organization to proclaim the beauty and glory of Christ Jesus to a dark and lost world.
Mike Drigger
Mike Drigger is a diploma from Dallas Christian Schools, a BS in Operations Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, and an MBA from Albany State University while living and working in Albany, GA. He is married to Ellen Driggers, who has been instrumental in his faith to Christ. His wife Ellen joined the Hills Church in 1993, and he Joined a few years later. Through his career in transportation and logistics for 40+ years with small to medium sized transportation companies has exposed him to travel far and wide.

Pastor Joe A. M. Rwemera
He is a church planter in Phoenix, Arizona Pastor Joe A. M. Rwemera began this ministry journey in 1997 at the University of Rwanda, where he served in the Young Generation fellowship and sang in the Jerusalem Choir. From those early years of worship and service, God began shaping his heart for leadership and discipleship. In 2001, Pastor Joe moved to the United States, joining the International Christian Fellowship in Portland, Maine. By 2003, he became a member of Good News Evangelical Church in Maryland, faithfully serving for more than a decade in prayer, teaching, and community outreach. Alongside ministry, Pastor Joe pursued higher education, graduating from the University of Maryland in 2014 with a Master of Science in Project Management. Yet, even as he advanced academically, the Lord’s call upon his life remained strong and irresistible. In 2016, Pastor Joe was officially ordained as a Pastor at CrossPointe Healing House Church, stepping into full-time ministry with a focus on healing, discipleship, and equipping believers. In 2023, following God’s leading, Pastor Joe relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where he founded the Embassy Church and Young Ambassadors Ministry. Today, he continues to walk faithfully in his calling—raising Christ-centered leaders, empowering the next generation, and spreading the Gospel with passion and conviction. Pastor Joe is mainly planting churches among refugees and immigrants.
